Our work begins long before fabrication. We source, evaluate, and design around materials, objects, and spaces that already carry history, then engineer them to perform in modern environments. From reclaimed architectural elements and vintage furniture to entirely new custom pieces, every project is approached as a collaboration between preservation and construction.

We rebuild structures, redesign comfort, and develop durable solutions that meet commercial use while maintaining character. When projects require additional fabrication, we coordinate directly with Minnesota-based manufacturing partners to produce components that cannot be achieved off-the-shelf. The result is work that feels collected rather than purchased, intentional rather than decorative, and built to last decades rather than seasons.
